This was our first time traveling to Egypt and didn't know what to expect. We have used Twin Connection Travel before to Italy, but nothing outside our comfort zone such as Egypt. Our airport process was easy from San Antonio all the way to Cairo. The moment we walked into the hotel in Giza, my husband and I were completely mesmerized with the rooftop view of the Giza pyramids. Twin connection stayed in contact with us all through our trip and our departure was just as easy as our arrival. I highly recommend this 5 star travel agency.

Helen at Twin Connection was absolutely amazing in hoping organize and plan a work trip for my self and the company I work at. We had 14 people going on this trip. Helen helped with every single question and every change, and there was a lot, we (my boss, haha) put her through. I never felt that I was bothering her. She genuinely loved planning this trip and it showed in how she presented herself and her company. She planned and all inclusive trip and airport transfers to Mexico for us. She gave us great tips while we were there and she even texted me while there to check on things a few times. She would text me reminders of upcoming things that would need to be done. She did not help with the airfare but she would even remind me to check in for our flights and to make sure we provided our flight information to the airport transfer people. I can't say enough great things about her and her company. I am now even planning a trip with my husbands next year and she is planning it. Thank you Helen for everything and I will be using you and your company for all my trips.

I've never used a travel agent before to arrange a vacation. Not sure why after using Twin Connection Travel. Unbelievable service and attention to detail! I booked this vacation for my wife and her best friend. A connecting flight was delayed and they ended up missing their flight. Ellen was on the phone and called me at 10 that Saturday night and was already working with the airlines to rebook a flight. The airlines down graded the seats, but Ellen worked tirelessly to get me a refund. Can't thank them enough for making the trip special for my wife and her best friend! Will book through them again!

Today is a bittersweet day for me. An absolutely impossible trip came to fruition today. The scenario was surprising my husband with an all guy weekend away for his 50th birthday. I put feelers out on the internet through a travel app back in October 2021 and Ellen from Twin Connections immediately responded to my crazy request. Needless to say, Ellen was able to assist me in planning, organizing and finally executing a memorable fun filled weekend away for my husband and his male relatives. I work PRN in healthcare so Ellen had to take into consideration finances, add in not all family members live in the same state so there was coordinating flights, accommodating multiple requests and frankly, there’s always drama. Whoever reads this please understand Ellen did not know me, I am some random wife/SAHM/PRN HC worker who had an insane idea. She made a point to speak to me on multiple occasions to get to know me as a person, understand my husband and how we could best proceed to laying the framework to an incredible vacation. Ellen is a down to earth, pragmatic, loving soul has business savvy and literally made an impossible feat possible. My husband and his family are currently kicking it back in the mountains of TN, relishing staying in a beautiful luxury cabin, all made possible by Twin Connections. My wife and I will definitely recommend Twin Connection Travel. We used this agency for our 10yr wedding anniversary vacation. They planned the most amazing trip for us to Puerta Vallarta Mexico and our hotel was at Secrets Puerta Vallarta Bay. Last week I tried to book some complicated flights. My still 17-year old twins were to go with my to Europe were we would be joined by my husband a week later, for him and the twins to come home after their 18th birthday, and for me to return by myself a week later. The online travel booking system got totally overwhelmed and confused: it was a no-go.

So I called Twin Connection Travel and spoke with Ellen who did not only excel as a travel agent but also responded beautifully to my emotional needs and frustration. A big thank you, Ellen.

In the end, I needed to change my travel plans significantly to make it all happen, but it is thanks to Ellen's feet-on-the-ground approach that the new plans came together.

My trip of a lifetime is coming true thanks to Ms. Ellen with Twin Connection Travel. A friend from California told me about a cruise to the Greek Isles and I always thought it was out of my reach until I contacted Twin Connection Travel. Ms Ellen seem to work her magic and found a great deals. Flights were buy one and another was free so a friend and I are going on a 10 cruise leaving Rome and visiting Italy and the Greek Isles.
